I’m Andrei Sora, a UK-based music producer and multi-instrumentalist. 

Over the years, I have amassed over 2.5 million streams with the various artists that I've worked with, in genres ranging from indie, pop, and alternative rock. I've had the pleasure of working with BAFTA Award winning artists, had a top 10 song in Austria, and been featured on a plethora of playlists and radio stations worldwide. I have also worked on product review videos for companies such as Native Instruments, iZotope, Wavesfactory, Audiomodern, Hit N Mix, and others.

My journey of becoming a producer has taken many twists and turns throughout the years. I started playing guitar when I was 12 years old (and got really into the shred scene, as one does at that age), and went all in. I did numerous gigs, toured my native Romania, and composed and recorded virtuosic guitar music.

I decided to throw a wrench in that and ended up in academia for a few years. I got a BA (UNBM) in Music and Teaching, a Mst in Musicology (University of Oxford), and a PhD in Musicology (University of Surrey) in the process, but I’ve always felt that I was living someone else’s life, full of wonders and opportunities as it was. I eventually decided to leave all that behind and return to my roots. Now, I’m producing music, teaching, and performing, which is why I started this journey in the first place.

I’m also very much a man of my time, which is why I’m taking full advantage of the Internet to work with diverse worldwide artists as well as make educational videos and, occasionally, write academic research.
